Patent Drafting & Filing —This is a mainstay of our practice. Our experience in electronics, especially semiconductor/nanotech, software, and CAD/CAE makes working with inventors in those areas smooth and rewarding experience. We understand the intracasies of the USPTO and the Federal Circuit -- so we draft your applications accordingly.

Rule 78f Listing Service —We have automated the task of identifying applications to be listed for compliance with Rule 78f. We take your listing or spreadsheet of your portfolio and produce the papers t be filed with the USPTO.

"Midnight" Patent Drafting —It happens. Sometimes, despite the best laid plans, you will need to file at least a provisional application before making a public disclosure at a sales call or tradeshow, or to meet a printed publication deadline. We manage well under pressure. Even in crisis, we can work with you and your inventors to collect the materials needed and file with the USPTO or PCT.




Patent Figure Creation—Exacting standards for patent figures make their production a job for professionals who know how to troubleshoot complications that can arise. We know the USPTO Rule 84 standards, and draft to those standards unwaveringly. Our services include:
